Gareth Frank Bale (born 16 July 1989) is a Welsh Football Player who plays for Spanish club Real Madrid also, the Wales international team, as a wing position.
Bale began his experienced professional in Southampton, playing in left back and also gaining acclaim as a free kick expert. He transferred to Tottenham Hotspur in 2007, for the inevitable £7 million value. Throughout his period on Spurs, managerial and tactical changes saw him enhance in to a more attacking position. In the 2009-10 season, Bale became an integral part of the team, rising into international interest over the 2010-11 UCL. In 2011 and 2013 he had been named PFA Players' Player of the year, and was titled in the Union of European Football Associations Team of the Year. On 2013 he was also named PFA Young Player of the year and also the FWA Footballer of the year.
In 1 September the year 2013, Bale was moved to Spanish Football Team Real Madrid for an undisclosed charge. A Spanish press and Real Madrid Television announced £77 million (€91 million), while a English press announced a new record transfer fee for £85.3 million (€100 million), which would be over Cristiano Ronaldo's transfer record fee from £80 million (€94 million). He played a significant role on his 1st year at Real Madrid, improving the team to get a Copa del Rey and the UEFA Champions League, scoring in both finals. The following season he gained the UEFA Super Cup and in December 2014 scored in the third major final to support the club win the FIFA Club World champion.
